By registering for and attending the cirQQles Certified Partner Webinar (the “Webinar”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

Attendance is open to individuals and organizations interested in becoming a cirQQles Certified Partner.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and attend.

2. Registration & Access

Registration is required to attend. cirQQles reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke registration at its sole discretion.
Webinar links and login credentials are for the registered attendee only and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Use of Materials

All materials, slides, recordings, and resources presented during the Webinar are the property of cirQQles and are provided for informational purposes only.
Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display these materials without prior written consent from cirQQles.

4. Recording & Privacy

The Webinar may be recorded by cirQQles for training, certification, and promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to being recorded (including your voice, image, and questions asked during the session).
cirQQles will handle all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5. No Certification Guarantee

Attendance at the Webinar does not automatically grant cirQQles Certified Partner status.
Certification is contingent on meeting all program requirements, as separately outlined by cirQQles.

6. Code of Conduct

Attendees must participate in a professional and respectful manner.
cirQQles reserves the right to remove any attendee engaging in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Disclaimer

Webinar content is provided “as is” for educational purposes. cirQQles makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
cirQQles is not liable for any decisions, business outcomes, or actions taken based on Webinar content.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand elements presented are owned by cirQQles and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Changes & Cancellation

cirQQles reserves the right to modify the Webinar content, schedule, or speakers at any time.
cirQQles may cancel the Webinar at its discretion; in such cases, registered attendees will be notified by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
