cirQQles, created and operated by Tamasha Group, LLC, maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This page outlines how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE/CSAM in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards.
1. Definitions
Child / Minor
A person under the age of 18, or as otherwise defined under applicable law.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Any conduct or content that sexually exploits or abuses a child, including grooming, coercion, sextortion, or sexualized interactions involving a minor.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Any visual or generated depiction of a minor engaged in sexual activities or sexualized posing, including manipulated or AI-generated content.
2. Scope & Applicability
These policies apply to all features, content, and services of cirQQles, including:
- Posts, messages, comments, media uploads
- User profiles, bios, groups, and communities
- Any user-generated content
This policy applies to all users worldwide.
3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE / CSAM
cirQQles strictly prohibits the following:
- Any form of CSAM (images, videos, audio, or generated material)
- Sexualization or exploitation of minors
- Grooming or attempts to solicit sexual content from minors
- Sextortion or coercion involving minors
- Sharing, requesting, or promoting access to CSAM
Violations may result in account suspension, permanent bans, and notifications to law enforcement.
