Terms and Conditions – $500 Price Match Challenge

Effective Date: August 1st, 2025.

cirQQles (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is offering a $500 Price Match Challenge (the “Promotion”) to demonstrate the unmatched value of our platform. By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Must be a business owner or authorized representative of a business located in the United States or Canada.

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Limited to one (1) claim per business.

2. How to Participate

  1. Book and complete a live one-hour demo with a cirQQles representative.

  2. Provide the name and public pricing details (e.g., website link, published price sheet) of a competing platform within seven (7) days of your demo.

  3. Submit documentation to [email protected] showing:

    • The competitor’s pricing; and

    • Proof that the competitor’s platform provides the same or greater feature set as cirQQles (see Section 3).

3. What “Same Feature Set” Means

To qualify, the competitor’s platform must include all of the following capabilities in a single, unified platform — at the same service tier and pricing level:

  • Email Marketing – Built-in HTML email marketing with analytics.

  • SMS Marketing – Direct text messaging capabilities for customer engagement.

  • Roadmap to Success – AI-guided recommendations and step-by-step growth playbooks.

  • Owned Audience vs. Rented Audience – The ability to build, own, and communicate directly with your customer list without reliance on third-party algorithms.

  • Loyalty & Rewards – Integrated loyalty and rewards system with customizable campaigns.

  • Multi-Store Management – Tools to manage multiple locations or franchises from a single dashboard.

  • Service Provider Management – Scheduling, communications, and service coordination tools for service-based businesses.

  • Q-Pilot – Automated engagement engine for drip campaigns, reminders, and triggered marketing.

Partial or combined solutions (e.g., using separate email, SMS, or loyalty platforms pieced together) do not qualify. Custom-built or heavily modified third-party integrations are also excluded.

4. Verification and Payment

  • cirQQles will review your submission within 14 business days.

  • If verified, a $500 (USD) payment will be issued via electronic transfer or prepaid gift card.

  • If the competitor’s solution is not a match, cirQQles will provide a written explanation detailing the differences.

5. Limitations

  • Offer limited to the first 50 verified participants during the promotional period.

  • cirQQles reserves the right to disqualify claims that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or made in bad faith.

  • cirQQles’ determination of a “same feature set” is final and binding.

6. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from August 1st, 2025 until March 31st, 2026, or until the maximum number of verified payouts has been reached, whichever comes first.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  • cirQQles is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete submissions, or delays beyond our control.

  • This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Amazon, Visa, or any other third party.

  • All federal, state, and local taxes related to payouts are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

8. Modification or Termination

cirQQles reserves the right to modify or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that valid claims made prior to modification or termination will be honored.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
